February, 2008 – Founded as a local advertising sales and digital production company representing Digital Out-of-Home Networks(DOOH).
2009 and 2010- After building a large customer base of local advertisers across the nation, we learned that, because of the following unique inherent characteristics, Coffee and Bagel shops were the best fit for local advertisers.

September, 2011 –Enters into an agreement with Saxbys coffee shops in Dallas and launched new Coffee Customer Infotainment Program located in primary customer waiting area.
March, 2013 –Purchased the nation’ s largest Coffee and Bagel in-store DOOH network comprising the following brands: Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah’s Bagels, Tully’s Coffee and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Master Franchisees locations in Texas, LasVegas and Northern California.
Summer, 2013 –Updates the technology and programming content in every single Coffee and Bagel location across the Nation. Upon completing the project, conducted an independent customer satisfaction survey, which revealed very high levels of consumer satisfaction with the new Program. See “Our Program” page for details.
